Traffic & Documentation Services:

Customer service, receiving / processing of cargo bookings, tracking / tracing cargo, preparing load / discharge lists,  issuing export bill of ladings, processing import bill of ladings, prepare / distribute arrival notices, preparation of vessel manifests. Coordinate with all government inspections and collect ocean and inland freights.

Crew Matters:

Crew and crew changes/repatriations is one of the highest interests of Ukrainian Immigration service. L-Stream are experts in the regulations at the national and local levels and offer our services for crew changes and repatriations. We recognize the sensitivity of security issues and balance full compliance with humane dignity for the crew.

Ship Spares:

Ukrainian legislation sets up the quite complicated requirements for handling spares off and on the vessel from Custom requirements to compliance with diverse rules for delivery/pick up at the various facilities/terminals. L-Stream’s experience with the rules allow for smooth coordination of ship spares to and from the vessel.

Stowage Preparation.  

L-Stream works to obtain accurate, maximized stowage plans that satisfy our customers' requirements.  Our on-line database system automatically calculates and checks estimated stowage factors, often revealing problems before they materialize.  Our personnel are knowledgeable in stability and grain stowage and assist vessels with the preparation of plans.

Communication.

The L-Stream Team successfully combines the latest technology and excellent relationships with local facility management and contacts in an effort to obtain and promulgate the latest and most accurate information concerning vessel prospects.  In our business information is everything and we therefore pledge to keep our customers abreast of the latest updates as they occur.

Port State Liaison.

Complete and professional liaison with Port State  during on board inspections. We can also act quickly to remedy deficiencies and avoid lengthy Port Detentions.

As your Agent, L-Stream acts as a single point of contact for all matters. From the date of appointment, through the final sailing details, L-Stream’s clients receive each day up to the moment information on vessels operations. In this regard L-Stream will be a problem solver and not just a problem reporter. Vessel financial transactions, regardless of the port of call, are monitored and controlled in Ukrainian ports. All disbursement accounts are computer generated, converted to US Dollars and translated into English.
