Our package is designed to provide the Medical fitness testing, and drug and alcohol policy implementation. The Company ‘L-Stream Ltd’ has implemented a ‘zero tolerance policy’ in the use and/or trafficking of internationally controlled substances and alcohol abuse.
All shipboard personnel are required to be in a condition to respond, at any time, to an emergency situation, while on duty. Any use of a controlled substance which causes or contributes to unacceptable job performance or unusual job behaviour, is also prohibited.
All our seagoing staff has to sign a Declaration of Acceptance of the Company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy together with Contract of Employment.
Will take disciplinary action, including dismissal, against anybody consuming alcohol or banned substances while on the vessel.
